Du Homestay 1 is an aparthotel in Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh City, where each unit is a self-contained studio or apartment with its own kitchen, private bathroom and air conditioning. Du Homestay 1 offers seven self-contained units, each sleeping up to two guests. Six are 35 m² studios with one bed, either a large king-size bed or an extra-large double bed, and each has a kitchen, air conditioning and a private bathroom. Every studio has a terrace with city views, and two of them also have a balcony, which is the main difference in the outdoor space.

The seventh unit is the 40 m² Apartment - Ground Floor, with a living room, a separate bedroom and a quiet street view instead of the city outlook. Washing machines, tumble dryers, hairdryers, bidets and a bath or shower are fitted in every unit, so the choice comes down to bed size, outdoor space and whether you want a separate sleeping area.

Services are built around self-catering stays. A concierge service, private and express check-in and check-out, daily housekeeping, dry cleaning and a minimarket on site cover the practical side of the stay. The building has key card access, and CCTV covers the common areas and the outside of the property.

Parking is private and on site, but it needs a reservation and charges may be applicable. Pets are allowed on request, with charges that may apply. The property does not offer internet access. Non-smoking rooms and a designated smoking area are both available, and an allergy-free room is among the facilities.

Eating and drinking options are close by: Santorino is 50 m away, a ramen restaurant is 50 m away, and Homeland Coffee, Sushi Gõ and Gringo Tacos are each 100 m away. For a green break, Lam Son Park is 950 m away.

The centre of Ho Chi Minh City is about 2.2 km away. Tan Son Nhat International Airport lies 5 km away and Saigon Railway Station 3.5 km away, so a taxi or ride-hailing car is the simplest way to reach either from the front door. Saigon Railway Station is the main stop for long-distance trains. Traffic can slow the journey at busy hours, so allow extra time for a flight. Ba Son Station, a train station, is 800 m away.

Within walking distance you will find Saigon Zoo and Botanical Gardens, 200 m away, and the History Museum of Ho Chi Minh City, 400 m away. Thi Nghe Market, also 400 m away, is the place to see the everyday market life of the area.
